Welcome and Thank you for choosing Painted by Shells. I appreciate your interest in my work. I am an Independent hairstylist located in Cheshire,CT! I specialize in bobs and layered haircutting, low maintenance and dimensional color. My goal is to create a cut or color that fits your lifestyle. I strive to create a safe space where you can truly be yourself judgement free. Get to know me. I am a mom to two beautiful girls and 4 furry babies. (All rescues). I love to read, go to the gym, and I’m obsessed with Jessie Murph and the color green! I look forward to meeting you,sharing a few laughs, and giving you your dream hair! Cancellation Policy
In order to book an appointment all services require non-refundable booking fee. This payment goes towards your final service total. Deposits must be paid at the time of scheduling in order to hold appointment time.
Rescheduling+Cancellation: We kindly ask guests for 48 hrs notice if any changes need to be made to your service. Changes made within the 48 hr notice forfeit their booking fee and will need to put a new deposit down in order to rebook. Guests who cancel or reschedule prior to the 48 hr window can transfer their deposit one time to a date within the same calendar year.
No Call No Show: We Value Communication. No call no show will result in forfeit of deposit and guests will not be able to book and future services.
Late Arrivals: We give a 10 minute grace period. Arrival after the 10 minutes will result in either a shorter service or reschedule of appointment. Rescheduled appointments will forfeit their booking fee and have to pay a new one.
Life happens: We completely understand emergencies and unexpected things come up. We truly value our guests and appreciate communication. We will use our discretion when implementing these policies.
